This is a chance for us to meet. You’ll have space to share what’s brought you here, ask anything you’d like about my approach, and get a sense of whether working together feels right.

There’s no intake paperwork, no pressure, and no expectation beyond the conversation itself.

  • You share what’s bringing you to therapy — as much or as little as feels comfortable
  • Ask me anything about somatic work, my approach, or what sessions look like
  • We both get a sense of the fit — for therapy to work, the relationship matters most
  • If it feels right, we’ll talk next steps. If not, I’m happy to offer referrals.
