How we work together
Individual therapy · Intensive work · Community containers
Every person who comes to work with me arrives with a different history, a different pace, and a different sense of what healing even looks like. What I offer reflects that, structured enough to hold you, flexible enough to meet you.

The Deepening
Somatic Intensives in NYC
A therapy intensive is a focused, immersive format: several hours of clinical work held in one or two days, rather than spread across months of weekly sessions. For people with demanding schedules, it is more accessible than weekly therapy. For those ready to go deep, it creates something the standard hour rarely allows — sustained presence, full somatic cycles, and real space to arrive somewhere before the session ends. The Deepening uses a somatic approach, working directly with what the body holds rather than what can be named in 45 minutes. The Deepening draws from Somatic Experiencing, AEDP, and Parts Work.
Is this right for you?
- You’re a professional who can’t commit to weekly sessions, but you’re ready to do focused, sustained work
- You’re traveling to NYC and want a high-impact session with a specialized somatic provider
- You have something specific you’re ready to move through: a breakup, a loss, a life transition, a pattern you’ve been circling
- You’ve been in therapy — or doing the work on your own — and want to go deeper than 45 minutes allows
- You’re working with trauma or PTSD and want a somatic approach with more room than weekly sessions can hold
- You’re not in active crisis, but you are ready

Individual Therapy
One-on-one, held with depth
Individual therapy with me is weekly, 45 minutes. A consistent, recurring container where the real work happens. It is relational, somatic, and experiential. Looking for an intensive format? The Deepening is above.
The Foundation
Where consistent, steady work lives
Weekly therapy, 45 minutes per session. This is the container most people start in — a reliable, recurring space to build trust, deepen self-awareness, and slowly shift the patterns that brought you here. The Foundation is where nervous system regulation becomes possible, where somatic awareness develops, where the work takes root.
Extended 90-minute sessions are available to existing clients when the work calls for more room — $500, by request.
Community Offerings
Healing in community
There is something that happens when we heal alongside others — something the individual therapy room cannot fully hold. These offerings live at Osmanthus Moon, my community platform currently in development.

Fees & Payment
A note on fees
As someone who has been on the client side of therapy, I recognize that therapy is an emotional and financial investment, and it’s important to find a provider who is the right fit for you, both personally and practically.
Therapy can also be paid for with pre-tax dollars from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider. If you have an insurance plan that offers out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed for part of our session fees. If that’s the case, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance. Payment is due out of pocket at the time of our sessions.
How does insurance reimbursement work?
I’d encourage you to contact the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card to verify your coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Here are some questions to ask:
- Do you have “out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage”?
- What is your out-of-network deductible? Is it the same as your in-network deductible? How much have you accumulated so far this calendar year?
- What is your co-insurance rate for outpatient psychotherapy (% of reimbursement per session) after meeting your deductible?
- What are your plan’s “allowable amounts” for psychotherapy — CPT code 90834 for a 45-min session, or 90837 for a 60-min session?
- How many outpatient therapy sessions are allowed per calendar year?
- What is your out-of-pocket maximum, if any?
- What is the process for submitting claims? Record the mailing address, fax number, or web portal so you’re ready to submit.
- Do you require prior authorization for out-of-network outpatient therapy sessions? If so, please provide the date of the first session and our billing information below.
